At Ivy Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
